1. How much does shipping cost?
For mainland Portugal for orders up to 20kg:
- For purchases up to €65, shipping costs of €6 are charged.
- For purchases equal to or greater than €65, shipping is free.
If your order weighs more than 20kg, you may be contacted by our customer service team to adjust the shipping cost.
Large orders delivered to the upper floor cost €95, regardless of the purchase value.
To the Islands :
- For purchases equal to or less than €90 and up to 10kg, a delivery charge of €25 will be applied.
If your order weighs more than 10kg, you may be contacted by our customer service team to adjust the shipping cost.
For purchases equal to or greater than €90, shipping is free.
Promotions applied to shipping costs are only valid for mainland Portugal, unless the campaign advertising explicitly states that it also applies to shipping to the Islands.
2. Does Opus Care deliver nationwide?
Yes, we ship to mainland Portugal and the islands. Orders from opuscare.pt are delivered by courier on business days, Monday through Friday. After placing your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. If you didn't receive this email, please check your SPAM folder, as your email server may forward it there.
You can track the status of your order by accessing your customer area. If any problems arise with your order (shipping delay, incorrect delivery address, product specifications, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact you using the contact details provided.
Delivery times:
- Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 working days.
- Islands: 8 to 10 business days (by sea).
3. International Shipping
We currently only ship orders to Portugal.
