After receiving products purchased from opuscare.pt, you have a period of 14 days to return/exchange the products.

The return is the customer's responsibility and can be made as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sent, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories (if applicable).

To make a return, you must contact us through the following methods:

  • By phone through our Customer Support line;
  • Sending an email to apoioaocliente@opuscare.pt with the reason, product(s), and order number.

After receiving the material, within a maximum period of 14 days, we will verify its condition. If everything is in compliance, the return is processed and communicated to the customer. The shipping costs of the initial order are not refunded.

Opened packages, used products, customized products or products manufactured expressly for the sale in question, and products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold, will not be accepted for return. Returns due to product problems, errors, or other situations that are our responsibility will be fully credited.

The exchange of a product will only be carried out when it is the same product but in a different size or color.

The exchange will only be made if the initially purchased product is unaltered and if the product's price is the same.

If the conditions for the exchange are not met, the customer must place a new order after the product has been returned. Do not hesitate to contact us to understand the problem and see if we can help before starting the process.
